Device was not sealed when acquired so I cannot justify calling it new but it does not appear to have ever been used for any extended amount of time. There is essentially no wear on the device. Radio works perfectly. TV side works but where I'm located I cannot get a good enough signal but I can see a picture trying to cut through the static. Comes original packaging, original paperwork including manual, warranty card, and original purchase receipt from 3/21/2000, power cable, and external antenna cord.
