Turns on, volume controls work, channel indicator light switches to each option using channel change buttons. Brightness/sharpness knobs in the top panel seem to work as well as can be tested on a static screen. Channel connectivity untested, speaker hookups untested. Swivel base works, antenna extends, cord is attached and functional. Tested only to the extent described, could use some TLC in general. Sold as is as shown.
