The unit is in good condition as seen in the photos it is tested and it is working though it does have an issue. Left speaker isnt working and the cassette portion does work just struggles to keep proper speed which it does when the pause button is pushed half way which makes me think it's a problem with the roller on the bottom might just need to be cleaned or lubricated.
