A Vintage 1987 MultiTech 4.5" Portable TV/Radio Model MB-0400. Made in Taiwan. When I turn it on, it makes a very high squealing sound with no picture appearing. In the video shown, the source of that squealing seems to be coming from the small light on the inside. I attempted to adjust the brightness to see if that was the issue, but to no avail. The radio works, as all buttons and dials being smooth and functional. There is also some white substance on the power brick cable, it does not seem to have any other effect than cosmetic.
