Works. No power cord. Needs a 9.8 V. Cord, Battery compartment clean. Antenna has a slight bend in top tier but i was able to pick up a station and thats about impossible where I live. (Deep in a mountain valley) but heard a football game on there going. No batteries included. 1985 made in Japan.
