This unique mini television comes from Japan and features a black and white video screen. The screen measures three inches. It does power up, and the audio is fine. The video picture comes up, and it appears to need some adjustments with the horizontal hold (See picture). I do not have the appropriate tools nor test equipment to make the adjustment--Perhaps someone with more technical knowledge can fix this issue. This is being sold as-is. I sent the video signal you see from my cable box which has a RF Modulator to Ch3--I'll include the plug adapter which allows you plug in a RF signal or external antenna. Feel free to make offer.
