You are looking at a Turner converter. I purchased this from a radio man getting out of the business. There are 2 photos with spec.’s for this unit. I plugged it in and switched it between UNF & VHF. The unit does not have a speaker. I was able to see one tube glowing. The unit made a light hum that I had to put my ear to the case to hear when turned on. The tuning knob worked as it should. The case does not have cracks but does have scratches. I wiped off with a damp cloth. I did not try to clean, polish, or etc. The pictures should show details and condition. K/XZ41
