The mask fits flat-face 10BP4, 10FP4, etc. picture tubes. The 1/4" laminated safety glass is discolored and has a3/4" x 3/4" separation bubbles on one corner. It was removed from a model 802 and may fit a model 801, the 803 used a different safety glass, faceplate.
