New old stock. Never used. Comes with an antenna jack and cigarette lighter adapter for a car or boat. Does NOT come with a 110V-AC adapter for home use. Takes 10- C size batteries as well. Black in color I tested it and the radio plays. The TV Portion shows static as I did not have a proper antenna to receive channels. All knobs and dials present.
