Please note that these do not come sealed so I opened the box to check the contents. This is indeed brand new (batteries and all) and never been used so I put it back into the box as it should be immediately. You cannot see the stand in the pictures because it is behind the LCD tv in the protective padding. What you see is what you will be receiving.
