1950 GE, General Electric 8AP4, 8" Picture Tube for Arvin TV's

Looking ever so close, I see just 1 tiny scratch or imperfection about 1/16" long near the center of the face. This GE 8AP4 picture tube tests bad on my Sencore CR70 tester using their settings for this tube.
